Culinary Connection ONLINE STORE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We at CulinaryConnectionGifts.com want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase, and to shop with us in the future. For this reason, we allow product returns within 14 days of the shipment date.
Please notify us in advance at pam@culinaryconnectiongifts.com or call us at 972-398-9009 if you are going to return a product. Please indicate if you would like a return or exchange.
Sorry, no cash refunds.
As soon as we get the return message from you, we will direct you where to ship the product. All returned products will need to be marked with your address, and with a copy of the receipt enclosed in the box. You will need to return the product in its original box along with all documents and parts. No product will be accepted back without all original documentation and in new condition.
As soon as we receive the product/s your credit card will be credited. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. If you have requested and exchange, we will credit your account upon receipt of the returned merchandise and then bill you for the new items. Please provide credit card information for this purpose.
As a reminder, when shipping back to us ship prepaid and insured with the package securely packed and wrapped. Be sure to keep record of the tracking number to protect against product loss/damage or theft during transit.
If you refuse a shipment, our shipper will return the order back to us, and we will bill you for both shipping costs (original and return).

Order Fulfillment: You should receive all merchandise within two to three weeks of your order. We can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is back-ordered, we will notify you of the situation via email. You will be given the option for a refund should you not want to wait for the merchandise's availability.
