We at CulinaryConnectionGifts.com want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase, and to shop with us in the future. For this reason, we allow product returns within 10 days of the shipment date.
Please notify us in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 972-398-9009 if you desire to return a product. Please indicate if you would like a return or exchange.

As soon as we get the return message from you, we will direct you where to ship the product. All returned products will need to be marked with your address, and with a copy of the receipt enclosed in the box. You will need to return the product in its original box along with all documents and parts. No product will be accepted back without all original documentation and in new condition.
As soon as we receive the product(s) your credit card will be credited. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. If you have requested an exchange, we will credit or charge your account for the difference. Please provide credit card information for thess purposes.
As a reminder, when shipping back to us ship prepaid and insured with the package securely packed and wrapped. Be sure to keep record of the tracking number to protect against product loss/damage or theft during transit.
If you refuse a shipment, our shipper will return the order back to us, and we will bill you for both shipping costs (original and return).
