Flying Dog got its name from my Welsh Corgis. When they lie down, their legs extend out, looking as though they are flying.
I have always been fascinated with collage. I love to scour flea markets, antique shops and garage sales. I find beauty in old books, paper, photos, tags, lace and other odds and ends. I love the history these things have and like to bring them together and embellish them for something very unique and special.
For example, you’ll find old recipes, antique restaurant and dairy recipes hidden under the gemstones and antique spoons on my Kitchen Crosses.
