Some people just make an instant impact. Such is the case with designer/artist Jan Barboglio. For more than 20 years, Barboglio has forged a reputation as being vastly creative by designing a signature line of apparel. Now she is concentrating on fashioning pieces for the home. The influence of style-conscious Dallas, where she and her family live, and rugged northern Mexico, where she spent her childhood, leaves its imprint on every piece. Both find expression in her rough-hewn but sophisticated pieces - each a piece of art.
